Apollo just closed its investment in Apex Service Partners
A major home services deal just closed, and the buyer group is the signal.
Apollo Funds closed a strategic minority investment in Apex Service Partners, announced Oct 30 via Business Wire and PE Hub. No price was disclosed, and none is assumed here.
Apex is the largest US residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical platform, with 150 plus locations across 46 states and over $3B in annual revenue per PE Hub.
Alpine Investors and Sixth Street also invested in the close.
For business buyers and owners in C&Co's core trades verticals, this confirms the platform path at the top of the market. Value is being paid for scale, locations and repeat residential service, not for a single shop's book alone.
