Allied analyst targets now run from C$4.75 to C$5.50
UPDATE on Allied Properties REIT: the analyst repricing that followed the distribution cut is now complete, and the full set of reported targets sits in a tight, much lower range.
Nov 1 aggregator reports add three more cuts. TD cut its target to C$4.75 from C$6.50, with a Hold rating, the lowest target in the set. Desjardins cut to C$5.00 from C$9.75, also Hold. Scotia cut to C$5.50 from C$9.00, with a Sector Perform rating.
Those join the two cuts covered on Oct 31: National Bank at C$5.25 and Raymond James at C$5.00.
The reported range is now C$4.75 to C$5.50. The aggregator consensus target of C$8.08 is stale against that new range and should not be used.
These figures are flagged unverified against the primary analyst notes. They are sourced from aggregator reports of the notes, not from the notes themselves.
For investors, the takeaway is the reset itself. Every firm in the set cut, including the lowest target now sitting at C$4.75. Price Allied exposure on the new range and on the reset distribution, and verify any single target against the primary note before acting on it.
